Why was Batch Converter Created?
Batch converter was created as a simple workhorse utility. Its sole purpose in life is to be highly efficient at converting graphic formats. In Release 2.2 , image re-sizing was included - for example, this allows you to auto-generate thumbnail images.
How Do I Use It?
You simply point the right pane controls at a directory containing the Source Images, then point the left directory at the Destination location and Select the Batch Convert button. The files will be written in one of the formats selected.
Note that conversions from bitmaps formats to vector images, i.e BMP to WMF is not supported by this or any application - you will receive no error but no output as well.

Why was Rollover Creator Created?
Well, if you ever built one by hand, tried to use the FrontPage Hover buttons on Netscape Browsers or tried to re-create the functionality in any HTML tool you will appreciate this.
How Do I Use It?
You need to create two graphic control panels, one with the default controls and the other with the hi-lighted ("hover") images. The utility does the parsing and the HTML generation.
